At Sami Jewels, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and ensure it is securely tucked inside a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange piece within 5-7 business days.
